Michael Middleton - Chairman

John Bissekar - Finance Director

After reading Economics and graduating in 1966 at Cambridge University, John began a career as a Chartered Accountant with Farrow & Co in the City of London.

This led to partnership in 1974 with Farrow Middleton & Co, which he helped expand into a major national firm. As well as being responsible for some major UK retail and property clients, he had in-house functions in general management and practice development. By the mid 80's he was also working on management consultancy projects and in corporate finance and business appraisal.

In 1987 John changed direction and left the firm, by then Binder Hamlyn, to focus on more commercial roles. He joined Michael Middleton to help him develop Ede and Ravenscroft, a small old-established business of tailors and robemakers in Chancery Lane London.

As financial and managing director John has helped transform Ede and Ravenscroft into a diverse enterprise, with a mission to blend the traditional in its products and service with the modern in its operations and to combine both quality and value for customers.

James Pritchard - Director

After graduating from Bristol Business School in 1994 James commenced work in derivative trading for Citi Group where he learnt the hard nose reality of the financial world.

After 3 years at Citi Group he decided to try his hand in recruitment and joined a recruitment company where he became the head of the London office. He started JPA in December 1998.

James was made Chairman of the REC London Regions Ltd in 2005 marking his commitment to recruitment and quality.

He now has three daughters Imogen, Georgiana and Octavia. James now divides his time between his business, his busy family life, sailing and golf

James Middleton - Technical Director

Having first obtained a degree in Industrial and Business Systems, James went on to complete an MBA at Cardiff. Whilst finishing this he set up a small publishing business, Life Science Press Ltd, which allowed him to experiment putting theory into practise.

A qualified marketeer, James joined the E&R group where he eventually became responsible for the areas producing the majority of the businesses turnover and profit. He was also responsible for the founding of a new photographic division which became market leader within five years and for the development of overseas markets, in particular in Asia. He has also developed collaborative ventures with financial services organisations, and now is primarily focussed on developing web based applications.

He has two sons and a daughter and spends his free time walking and shooting.

Martin Reed - Chairman & Chief Executive

Martin serves as Chairman and Chief Executive of Thomas International. He is responsible for moving Thomas towards its goal of being the leading international provider of on-demand behavioral assessment solutions.

Martin completed his first Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) at the age of 15 but it wasn't until 1991 that he joined the Company. He became the Thomas International's top sales consultant in less than two years achieving annual sales of over $400,000 and was made Sales Team Leader (West London) shortly afterwards. In 1998 Martin opened Thomas' Central London Office on Bond Street and later that year was promoted to UK Sales Director.

In 2000 Martin became Managing Director of Thomas International UK. In additional to building a more efficient sales force and growing revenue, he was pivotal in raising Thomas' position within the academic community. His efforts led to Thomas International and the Thomas PPA becoming recognized by the British Psychological Society (BPS). While MD, Martin was also instrumental in working with the Company's international distributor network to increase visibility and awareness of the Thomas International brand around the world.

Martin became Chairman of Thomas International UK in 2005. In October, 2007 he assumed dual responsibilities as Chairman and Chief Executive.

Martin began his career in sales with G-Plan Furniture in High Wycombe. He later joined Mann & Co (now Hambros Countrywide) as a Junior Negotiator and was promoted to Manager within a year. By his own admission, Martin's experience as a residential estate agent provided him with excellent insight into human behavior.

Martin is a founding member and current Chair of the Business Test Publishers Association (BTPA). The BTPA is a group of 14 leading UK test publishers working together to increase commercial applications of testing while improving testing standards. Martin is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors (IOD). He is married and has three children.

Rob Butterworth - IT Manager

Rob graduated from the University of Sussex in 1992 with a degree in Computer Science, taking up a role as a software developer in Cambridge.

After a brief time working in customer support, he moved into IT, quickly moving into IT Management supporting users and business systems across the globe.

Currently, Rob heads up an IT team, working on business systems support, development and deployment.

Rob spends his spare time with his children, at the gym, and travelling.

Sarah Brown - Sales Manager

Sarah joined the team in August 2008 after spending 2 years working as an Account Manager for Jobsite covering the London region. Prior to this Sarah spent 7 years in Recruitment as a Manager for Hays and Adecco recruiting within many different industry sectors including Sales & Marketing.

In her present position, Sarah is responsible for the sales performance of the site. She works closely with many leading graduate recruitment agencies and direct employers

Sarah's focus is to ensure Just Click is the UK's leading Graduate Online Recruitment Website.

Sarah enjoys socialising and going to the Gym
