At Wine Rack, graduates can be in a position to be running their own store within six months of joining us. Our customers will look to you as a wine expert so we’ll give you plenty of exposure into the wine industry – including wine tastings, potentially visiting vineyards, supplier tastings, wine fairs and master classes at tasting events. Our graduate scheme also involves completing WSET wine qualifications to an advanced level and ‘on the job’ training within our stores.
