Our Graduate Programme
Our aim is to develop our future leaders so, with a real job from day one, our successful graduates must possess the ability to thrive and excel in a challenging environment. Our 2 year structured programme offers the opportunity to gain broad experience across your chosen function with European exposure and responsibilities. Our Engineering programmes are accredited by MechE, IEE and IChemE and study towards relevant professional qualifications in other disciplines is encouraged and supported. You will also have the opportunity to share experiences with other professionals from different functions and nationalities across Europe, helping you build your network of support and friendship.

Our Requirements
We are looking for adaptable, team orientated people with good leadership potential, strong numeric and analytical skills and ideally fluency in a second European language.
You will need a 2.1 degree or equivalent gained in the UK or internationally and should be prepared to work in the UK and other European locations. Experience gained within a commercial environment will be beneficial.
