Engineering: Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Process, Materials, Broadcast & Software engineering. For Research & Development roles, degrees in Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Maths are required.
IT: Computer Science or IT related
Business: Business Studies or related, HR, Finance & Accounting, Project Management, Operations Management & Sales.
Regardless of which role you choose, your training & development will involve participation in the 2 year graduate development programme focusing on your personal skills. You will also have an individual training plan to address your role specific development needs.
