The Financial Management Programme (FMP) is GE’s entry-level training programme for high potential individuals seeking a fast paced career in Finance. It offers graduates diversity and exciting challenges within the Company whilst providing intensive training to equip you with exceptional technical, financial and business skills. It is the first step in many successful GE Finance careers.
FMP is an intensive 24-month programme of four rotational assignments in one of GE’s 6 global businesses. These rotations provide hands-on experience in some of the following areas; financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, forecasting, treasury/cash management and commercial finance. The program combines challenging job assignments with demanding classroom seminars and leadership and six-sigma quality training.
