The Group
Following its purchase of Sequence, the former estate agency arm of Royal & Sun Alliance at the end of 2003, Connells is now the second largest estate agency group in the UK with a joint total of almost 500 branches and over 4800 people employed in a wide variety of roles including sales specialists, mortgage advisors and land operators. We operate throughout the UK from Scotland to Cornwall.
For the past three years the Connells Group has been a winner and finalist in the Best Large Estate Agency category of the Estate Agency of the Year Awards.
Connells
Connells has been setting the pace in estate agency for over 70 years, since Larry Connells opened his first office in Luton in 1936.
The company is widely recognised as one of the most successful estate agencies in the country and has a network of over 160 branches throughout the Home Counties, South, West Country, Midlands and East Anglia. For the past two years it has been named the Best New Homes Agent in the Estate Agency of the Year awards.
Since it was founded, Connells has been committed to offering the highest levels of service and customer care. It was one of the first companies to join the Ombudsman Scheme for Estate Agents in 1998 and has award winning training and robust compliance systems in place.
We are open seven days a week so we are available at times to suit our customers. We also provide a whole range of services under one roof. As well as helping with the sale and purchase of properties, including new homes, we have specialist mortgage consultants and an extensive survey and valuation operation. We can also sort out the legal side of the transaction through our Connells Home Conveyancing service. We can even help customers to buy a new home overseas.
Sequence
Sequence has a national network of over 310 offices around the country. Operating locally under 11 different trading names some of which have been synonymous with estate agency for over 100 years, we aim to change the way you view estate agents.
