If you choose for your CV to be made available but would prefer not to be identified in the initial stages, then you can still make sure that certain information from your CV is not made visible to recruiters. If you have an unusual occupation or background it may also be possible for a recruiter to identify you from this information and you should therefore consider carefully, whether to screen any specific further information from which you can be identified.
We may disclose your full CV and/or your contact details to recruiters in circumstances where you consent to the disclosure.
You are responsible for making sure that any referee whose details you include has given you express consent for his or her information to be passed to Absolute Careers and recruiters.
Any personal information provided to and retained by a recruiter will be subject to the recruiter's privacy policy. We are not responsible for these policies or for the uses made by recruiters of this information.
We retain records of CV's submitted in order you can make use of the services available on this site on an ongoing basis and so that you can update or resubmit your CV from time to time and also to comply with applicable laws. In the event that we identify that you have not visited our Site for 12months we will remove your CV from our records and terminate your registration.
You can also remove your CV and/or terminate your registration at any time by sending an email to crm@justclick.co.uk.
Pyschometric testing
You can proactively choose to take a psychometric test in order to enhance the information available to recruiters You can also choose whether to make your identity visible to recruiters with your test Alternatively you may be asked to complete a psychometric test by an interested recruiter.
Our psychometric tests are devised and assessed by qualified professionals. Where automated psychometric testing is used as the sole basis for a short-listing decision then applicants will be informed of this fact and how they can make representations in relation to any adverse decision.
Other services
We also collect information from you if you choose to take part in any of our surveys or promotional offers. We use this information to contact you in connection with these surveys or offers and to help us to develop the services offered through this Site.
