The face of Retailing is changing. Over 25% of Nationwide's business is now conducted through our Telephone and Online channels. With over 7 million visits a month to our website and around one million calls to our 5 Contact Centres across England and Wales, we play a vital role in the success of the business.
What we do
Central Retail comprises two key departments - Telephone and Electronic Channels.
The role of Telephone Channels is to provide members who contact us by phone with an excellent service for their financial needs, whether setting up a new product or maintaining an existing one.
Electronic Channels is responsible for promoting sales and self-service through www.nationwide.co.uk and for managing Nationwide's award-winning corporate intranet.
