Are you looking to make your first move into HR? My client, a brand communications agency, is looking for a hardworking assistant to join their HR team.
This is an ideal opportunity for the right individual to make a difference. The role involves: *New starter administration /leaver administration *Database management *Managing the HR filing system *Involvement in specific aspects of Recruitment including reviewing CV''s, arranging interviews and building relationships with external companies *Issuing letters to employees as required *Updating organisation charts *Benefits administration *Monitoring the appraisal process *Training coordination and administration
In addition to this you will be dealing with ad hoc enquiries from managers and other employees.
This role requires someone who is able to display a high degree of fluency in English, both written and spoken, a high level of computer literacy especially with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a self-starter who is able to work autonomously, and respect the need for confidentiality.
