Graduate Systems Implementation & Support Specialist - Microsoft Dynamics NAV
- Scunthorpe - £25K + Benefits
Your Profile
A Graduate with experience of working with ERP systems in a manufacturing
environment you will possess excellent computer skills - including advanced
excel. A team player with the ability to work on your own initiative you will
be able to work to deadlines in a pressurised environment. With the ability to
communicate at all levels you will have a proven ability to work within a fast
paced, changing environment. Working within a controlled environment with a
dedication to travel to various locations within the UK, and to work away from
home for varying levels of time you will be dedicated to progressing your
career within this International market leading organisation. Ideally with
experience of MS Dynamics NAV, you will also be extremely familiar with
Microsoft office(Word, PowerPoint etc). It would be greatly advantageous if
you also had experience of SQL server based systems or training computer
systems.
The Role
You will create, maintain and deliver effective training courses for all
aspects of the business systems as appropriate, as well as ensuring a training
system with relevant data and system access is maintained and available for
delivery of training. You will develop and document Best Practise
procedures/guidelines for all aspects of the operation of the NAV system and
other related systems as appropriate. The role will require you to liaise with
other IT Staff in the creation and update of all appropriate documentation to
support training plans, as well as liaising with all Systems Training &
Support Personnel and other departments as appropriate to ensure that course
content adequately reflects company policy and procedures. You will review
ways of enhancing/improving the business systems. Provide business requirement
specifications for changes/enhancements and liaise with the Group IS Manager
to progress same. Within the role you will also provide test plans and
assistance as required in the testing of any modifications/enhancement to the
NAV system or related systems as appropriate. Constantly reviewing ways of
enhancing personal awareness of core applications knowledge and training
skills you will also assist with the implementation of business systems at
sites throughout the UK.
