GRADUATE MECHANICAL ENGINEER
Location: Various UK and Europe
Salary: £25,000 + benefits
Closing date: 20/03/2008
Our graduate programme offers a wide range of training opportunities through a variety of assignments, one of which is likely to be based outside of the UK. These assignments will provide exposure to a variety of equipment and processes to broaden skills, knowledge and experience. Our graduate programme is accredited by the IMECH and you will be actively encouraged and supported to gain chartered status through participation in this scheme.
On successful completion of the scheme you will be offered a position, either in a manufacturing plant or within our central engineering group. Your ongoing career with Kimberly Clark will then be managed through our comprehensive talent management processes which are aimed at developing, inspiring and growing you to achieve your full potential.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Degree qualified, preferably with Electrical/Controls Engineering
Candidates will have gained or be expecting to gain (this year) a 2:1 or European equivalent
Fluent in English
Second European language is highly desirable particularly Spanish, French, Italian or Germanic
Experience working within a factory environment in a ‘hands on’ or operations liaison role would be beneficial
