Description
The role of Trainee Manager is no champagne picnic in the park. Majestic are a unique wine retailing business and as such, our training programme is comprehensive and demanding of your time and muscles. We look for people who are approachable, flexible and not afraid to shift the odd box. It’s also important that you aren’t just willing to recommend the wines, but deliver them too – so you’ll need a valid driving licence.
We sponsor all Trainee Managers through the WSET (Wine and Spirits Education Trust) Advanced Certificate usually within nine months. This enables them to offer unrivalled advice and service to our very loyal customer base. Many take the next step and study towards the WSET Diploma. Once this is completed a select few are invited up to our head office to lead training courses.
