Your Profile
Graduating with a Science/Technical degree, ideally related to Food
Science/Technology. You will be a driven and adaptable Graduate able to
demonstrate strong leadership skills and Commercial awareness. A Graduate with
fantastic communication skills you will be able to build rapport and develop
relationships with a diverse range of individuals. With a strong desire to
progress into a Managerial role within a UK and European Market Leading
Organisation you will be extremely driven and self motivated with a strong
entrepreneurial side.
The Role
This opportunity offers an amazing two year Trainee Management Scheme, where
the candidates will be trained across all departments within the company,
developing a full knowledge of the business, resulting in a Management role
within the most appropriate function! There will be a great deal of training
and development invested into the successful candidates, with a Management
Competency Framework in place, as well as a bespoke Management ''Tool Kit''. In
addition to the training given in house, throughout the two year period, the
candidates will take 15/16 ''off the job'' training days with Capita.
