Nomura seeks top performing MBA graduates to join the Associate Programme in the Investment Banking Division, who have a proven track record of leadership and be able to withstand the rigours of a rapidly changing, demanding but ultimately rewarding environment. Fluency in English is essential and fluency in other languages is advantageous.

As part of the Investment Banking Associate Programme, you will receive dedicated training and support to develop your career, and personal and professional skills. Our intensive development programme covers relevant aspects of accounting, modelling, valuation and deal structuring together with essential client skills. The training programme ensures that the emphasis is on practical application so that you are able to immediately contribute to our business. Post training you will be placed directly into a product, industry or geographic coverage group.

Throughout the Investment Banking Associate Programme, you will be supported by a dedicated programme management team. You will also receive ongoing performance feedback and have access to division specific educational sessions designed to aid your professional development. Managers will focus on your career development and dedicate their time to coach and mentor you, helping you realise your full potential.
