Description:

Our client, a global media business is undergoing a significant period of change, with profits tripling over the past 3 years to over £100m, and a target to double profit again within the next 5 years. Due to this significant growth they are looking for a Part-Qualified Management Accountant.

Reporting directly to the Finance Controller you will take responsibility for the P&L and Balance sheets, preparation and ownership of financial and non-financial figures and statistics, responsibility for Publishing Royalty accounting as well as provide support to Finance Manager on varies projects focussing on profit improvement and system effectiveness.

To be considered you will have excellent accounting knowledge gained from study towards or completion of a professional accounting qualification, possess excellent communication skills both orally and in writing as well as have the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with people at all levels. The ability to use own initiative, and work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail is also desired. Experience of accounting for a multi-national business is essential.
