Regional Sales Manager Construction Industry
Field/home based, to cover the Midlands
Up to £35,000 Basic Plus Sales Bonus Scheme, Company Car, Pension Scheme, 23 Days Holiday

Our client is one of Europe's leading and influential designers and manufacturers of office interior products. With the ability to offer contemporary and traditional partitioning systems, they also deliver a diverse portfolio of wall storage units, doors and decorative glass. An opportunity has now arisen for a Regional Sales Manager to join their team.

For this role our client is looking to attract, develop, retain and reward a talented sales professional who can demonstrate the ability to build excellent client relationships whilst also being equally adept at delivering a sales strategy.

Covering the Midlands, as a Regional Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling the company's products, including partitioning systems, to the construction industry. This will involve both new business and account management, and will require some travel to the offices in Manchester and Birmingham.

To be considered for this position, you must have experience of selling to the construction industry. In addition to your B2B sales experience, you will also need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the resilience to succeed in a competitive environment.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you must also have strong organisation and negotiation skills, the ability to work in a team and promote a team ethic through demonstrating sound commercial qualities.
