Planning Analyst - Northamptonshire (Capacity Planning)

Required to join an industry leading client. You will support in the development and optimisation of the capacity planning framework for the company. You will develop networks within our small business units and engage and network with senior Stakeholders and evaluate capacity within the area. You will support delivery of the commercial and operational agendas at a low cost via value add planning insight. This will include analysis of the supplier base, geographical footprint, technology capacity, desk capacity and operational resource capacity. You will basically bring a holistic and meaningful vire of the area and the business performance of the company as a whole.

The suitable candidate will:
* Have Solid experience of Strategic problem solving from a global business
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Have excellent communication skills including presentations, negotiation and influencing
* You will have the ability to analyse data and provide relevant and innovative insight, including prediction of trends, articulate and present insight to senior stakeholders
* You will have knowledge of supplier management frameworks both on and offshore
* Any MBA certification would be a distinct advantage.
